I'm a product manager and UX designer.

15 years of experience building enterprise products and services that make things better for customers.  An effective digital experience is just the tip of the iceberg.  Underneath that "last millimeter" on our screens are all the related disciplines needed to create something of lasting value:  systems design, strategy, user research, interaction design and usability.  I use a mixture of business, analysis and design skills to deliver products that satisfy individual user needs while also achieving business objectives.

We do this together.

Products are about people.  Working with customers and co-workers to discover the highest value opportunity we could pursue is my favorite part of product management.

A good experience depends on establishing trust in all areas of a product's ecosystem.

A golden age of design.

Good design is problem solving - using every tool and medium there is.  Anything that can make life better for the customer is part of our design.

From one time onboarding to the familiar paths of daily use, every product interaction channels the brand and serves a larger relationship.

In January of 2016 I attended the first annual O'Reilly Design Conference in San Francisco.  Here's an article I wrote in UX Booth based on Katie Dill's keynote.  Find more on my blog.
